To freeze your 3.0 Verse Virtual Debit Card if you suspect any unauthorized transactions or unusual activity, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the 3Verse website.
  2. Tap on the Profile icon and select 'My3Verse Debit card.'
  3. Tap on the three-dot icon (More) associated with your card.
  4. Finally, tap on 'Freeze Card' to temporarily disable your card.

Freezing your card can help prevent any further unauthorized use while you investigate the suspicious activity. Remember, you can unfreeze your card at any time if needed.
